Q: What are the shipping and handling charges?

A: There is a $12.99 shipping/handling charge per gift in the continental United States. Club plans have S/H per month. Shipping  orders to Canada is $29.99

A: Standard delivery time is 5-7 days from shipment date.

Q: Can I order all oranges or all grapefruit in a gift?

A: Yes, all citrus gift packs can be shipped all orange, all grapefruit, or mixed with both varieties. Size and weight chart

 

Q: What type of citrus is available during the season?

A: Please see the CITRUS CALENDAR.

 

Q: Is my credit card information safe when ordering online?

A: Yes, your information will be sent to us through an encryption program. Security is a top concern for online sales.

 

Q: Is the quality of my citrus guaranteed?

A: All of our gifts are supported by the "Red Hill Family Guarantee". If you are not completely satisfied, we will replace your gift or correct any problems. Just make sure we have the correct address.

 

Q: Can I send to a P.O. Box?

A: No, must have a physical address

 

Q: What should be done upon arrival of the gift?

A: Remove all fruit and refrigerate or store in cool dry place. Citrus is a perishable item and should be treated with care.

 

Q: Can I leave a gift message?

A: Yes, you will have an option to leave a gift message at the end of your order.
