Q. How much fruit is included in the 1,2,3, &4 tray citrus gift packs? A. Each tray weighs approximately 11-14 lbs. One tray of a mixed citrus gift pack contains 4-5 grapefruit and 10-14 oranges. Due to size & variety of fruit, counts and weights vary. Q. Can I order all oranges or all grapefruit in a gift? A. Yes, all citrus gift packs can be shipped all orange, all grapefruit, or mixed with both varieties.
Q. What type of citrus is available during the season? A. Please see citrus calendar. Q. When will my gift arrive? A. Normal delivery time is 4-6 days from date of shipment. Our gifts are shipped on Florida Gift Fruit Shippers Association trucks to local postal hubs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Final delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service. UPS shipping is available, please call 1-800-654-5562 for additional info. Q. Can I order by phone? A. Yes, please call 1-800-654-5562 during retail store hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 Saturday 9:00-4:00 Q. Is my credit card information safe when ordering online? A. Yes, your information will be sent to us through an encryption program. Security is a top concern for online sales. Q. Will I get confirmation of my online order? A. Yes, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail after your order is received. Q. Is the quality of my citrus guaranteed? A. All of our gifts are supported by the "Red Hill Family Guarantee". If you are not completely satisfied, we will replace your gift or correct any problems. Just make sure we have the correct address. Q. Can I send to a P.O. Box? Yes, deliveries made by the US Post Office can be sent to a P.O. Box. Q. What should be done upon arrival of the gift? A. Remove all fruit and refrigerate or store in cool dry place. Citrus is a perishable item and should be treated with care. Q. What are the shipping charges? A. There is a $8.99 shipping/handling charge per gift. Club plans have S/H per month.
